1. What Chat's Pick Is
Chat's Pick features one provider per business category per geographic area. The selection reflects Chat's Pick's assessment based on available information including ratings, reviews, and reputation. It is not a guarantee of service quality, outcome, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. For Consumers
Chat's Pick recommendations are opinions, not endorsements. We encourage consumers to do their own research before engaging any provider. Chat's Pick is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service provided by a featured business. By using this site you acknowledge that the recommendation is an opinion and agree to hold Chat's Pick harmless for any disputes with providers.
3. For Providers (Business Owners)
Featured providers pay a fee to co-promote their services through Chat's Pick. Payment secures an exclusive slot for one business category in one geographic area (ZIP3, FSA, or UK postal code area). This slot is held for the duration of the paid term only.
Chat's Pick reserves the right to remove any provider at its sole discretion. If removed, a prorated refund for the remaining term may be issued.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of all business information submitted during onboarding. Chat's Pick does not verify licenses, certifications, insurance, or legal compliance of any provider.
The Chat's Pick badge, reveal page, and landing page are the property of Chat's Pick. These assets are activated upon payment and deactivated if payment lapses or the provider is removed.
4. For Agents
Chat's Pick agents are independent representatives, not employees, franchisees, or partners of Chat's Pick. Agents purchase data credits through Leads Xray to identify and contact prospective providers. Credit purchases are non-refundable. Agent commissions are paid according to the commission structure in effect at the time of the sale. Chat's Pick reserves the right to modify commission structures with notice.
Agents do not own territories. Agents may work designated geographic areas on a non-exclusive or protected basis as agreed in writing. "Protected territory" does not constitute a franchise or any ownership interest.
5. Privacy and Data
Chat's Pick does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of browser-based tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent. Consumer search queries are not stored or linked to any individual.
6. Data and Visitor Estimates
Website visitor estimates displayed in Leads Xray are generated using predictive analytics and publicly available data. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed to match actual analytics for any specific business. Chat's Pick makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of these estimates.
7. No Refunds
All purchases of data credits, subscriptions, and service fees are final. You are purchasing access to AI-powered services and data. No refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of Chat's Pick.
8. Intellectual Property
Chat's Pick, the Chat's Pick badge, Leads Xray, and all associated branding, landing pages, reveal pages, and content are the exclusive property of Chat's Pick and its parent company. Providers are granted a limited, revocable license to display the Chat's Pick badge on their website for the duration of their paid term only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chat's Pick is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat's Pick and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. For users in Canada, applicable Canadian provincial law applies. For users in the United Kingdom, applicable UK law applies. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction corresponding to the user's country of registration.
11. Changes to Terms
Chat's Pick reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
